Returns & Refund Policy

• • Please contact The Wicked Wardrobe by email to inform that you are wishing to instigate a return / refund and the reason as to why.

  • We offer a 30 day return policy from the original purchase / order date.

• • The item must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

• • The item being returned must be shipped with a tracking number, and we will need confirmation of this.

• • The Buyer is fully responsible for the cost of returning goods, and these costs are non-refundable.

• • Once the item is received at The Wicked Wardrobe and has undergone a thorough inspection, an automatic credit will be generated to your original method of payment.

• • Refunds are not applicable for personalized and customized leather items.

 

Shipping Policy

• • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders. The shipping method, will be a registered regular postal service.

  • Express Shipping: If express shipping is required, there will be a cost of 15 euros for EU destinations & 20 euros for non-EU destinations

  • Order Tracking: Tracking information will be provided for all orders allowing you to monitor your the status of your package.

  • Shipping Insurance: To provide you with added peace of mind, we offer shipping insurance for your orders. 

  • Processing time: Handbag orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  Tailor-made leather wear orders will be fulfilled within a timeframe of 10 to 20 days, varying according to the garment style and the craftsman’s current workload.

  • Estimated shipping time: For orders with free shipping, the delivery timeframe varies by destination. Local orders (Cyprus) 1 to 2 business days, EU destinations 7 to 15 business days. Non-EU destinations  10 to 28 business days. For express shipping, deliveries within the EU approx. 5 days, and non-EU destinations  10 approx. business days.

  • Shipping Insurance: To provide you with added peace of mind, we offer shipping insurance for your orders. This service is designed to protect your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

  • When the order is dispatched we will inform you by email with an estimated delivery date and the tracking number.  

  • International Customs & Duties: for international orders, please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.
